Q: How should I care for my candles?

A: To ensure the best performance and safety of your candles, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, burn the candle until the entire surface is melted, and keep the candle away from drafts. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

A: Delivery times depend on your location and product availability.

- For In-stock products:

  • Jeddah: within 48 hours.
  • Other cities within Saudi Arabia: within 5 business days

- For Pre-order products:

  • Jeddah: 12 business days.
  • Other cities within Saudi Arabia: 15 business days.
